Welcome to THEFOREST Tickets. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

THEFOREST Tickets is an independent online ticket booking platform. We are not the official website of Qatar Museums or any museum unless this is clearly stated on our website. Museum names, venue names, logos, trademarks, and related information belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the ticket, venue, or attraction.

We provide a convenient way for customers to browse available museum tickets, select ticket types, choose visit dates and times, and submit booking requests online. All bookings are subject to ticket availability, venue rules, supplier conditions, and payment confirmation.

Ticket prices shown on our website may include a service fee. This fee covers booking processing, platform operation, customer support, payment handling, and related services. Prices on THEFOREST Tickets may be different from the original face value or the price shown by the primary ticket provider or venue.

An order is considered submitted when the customer completes the checkout process and provides the required payment and contact information. However, an order is only confirmed after ticket availability is checked and confirmation is sent to the customer. If a ticket cannot be provided, we may cancel the order and issue a refund where applicable.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ticket type. Resident, student, child, or discounted tickets may require valid proof at the venue, such as Qatar ID, residency proof, student ID, passport, or other documents. If the customer cannot provide the required proof, the venue may refuse entry or request additional payment. THEFOREST Tickets is not responsible for refusal of entry caused by incorrect ticket selection or missing documents.

Entry to museums and attractions is subject to the venue’s own rules, opening hours, security checks, capacity limits, dress code, age rules, and other visitor requirements. Opening hours, exhibitions, availability, and entry conditions may change without prior notice.

Customers must provide accurate contact information during checkout. THEFOREST Tickets is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, phone numbers, or customer details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, ticket unavailability, payment issues, misuse of the website, or violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THEFOREST Tickets is not liable for venue closures, event changes, denied entry, customer mistakes, travel costs, accommodation costs, or any indirect losses related to a booking.

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy, attack, disrupt, or interfere with the website, booking system, payment system, or any related service.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of use will apply.

يجب على العملاء تقديم معلومات اتصال صحيحة أثناء الدفع. لا تتحمل THEFOREST Tickets مسؤولية التأخير أو فشل تسليم التذكرة بسبب عنوان بريد إلكتروني غير صحيح، رقم هاتف غير صحيح، أو بيانات غير دقيقة.

نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء أو رفض أي طلب في حال الاشتباه في الاحتيال، خطأ في السعر، عدم توفر التذاكر، مشاكل في الدفع، إساءة استخدام الموقع، أو مخالفة هذه الشروط.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل THEFOREST Tickets المسؤولية عن إغلاق المواقع، تغييرات الفعاليات، رفض الدخول، أخطاء العملاء، تكاليف السفر، تكاليف الإقامة، أو أي خسائر غير مباشرة متعلقة بالحجز.
